Making seminars that work

In the last post, I ranted (just a little) about why so many seminars don’t work.

And the reason I care is that I have been working very hard to make sure that the courses ProResource offers DO work.

So what are we doing to help you get results from our courses?

1. Help after the course

Every one of our programs is designed to be done with hands-on workshops.

We start with recordings, templates and instructions. You get access to that at the beginning.

But there is also an hour-long workshop, typically once a week, where you can call in and get all of your questions answered.

No matter how hard we work at making it easy, there are always going to things that are tricky to figure out when you try to apply something new in your own business.

You are ALWAYS going to have questions. And we need to be there to answer them.

There is also a discussion forum, so if you don’t want to wait for the call, you can post a question right away.

And you can get feedback not just from the people running the course, but also from others who are taking or have taken the course. Because lots of times you’ll get amazing feedback and great ideas from other participants too. Their businesses are a lot like yours, and they are pretty smart people.

2. Being accountable

Since we’re all about outsourcing, you can take the course - in fact, you SHOULD take the course - with your virtual assistant or whoever is doing the work for you.

That second person is free. Yes, free.

So you now have someone who understands what you are trying to do, who is working on it with you. You’ve got 2 brains figuring it out. And you’ve got someone who is going to be asking you “Are we ready for the next step yet?”

3. Your assistant cares that you make progress.

Your virtual assistant has a vested interest in making this work, since this is part of what you hired her for. So she will keep (gently) pushing you.

That is going to help keep you moving forward.

Is this going to work?

Help us find out.

Sign up to test drive one of our projects. Right now it’s free. (It probably won’t stay free for long, but right now we’re looking for people to help us make sure this all works as well as we think it will.)

Here are the first 2 projects you can test drive:
