——–

The Outsourcing Fundamentals course is designed to take 8 weeks, with 2 weeks spent on each of the four key skills you need to master:

1. Decide what you want help with
2. Choose the right people
3. Define projects correctly
4. Make sure the work is done right

You get access to all the course materials on Day 1 – all the recordings, templates, checklists, everything. So you can get started right away and move through it at your own pace.

But we’re also going through it as a group.

We ask you to listen to at least one recording and do one assignment each week.

We know you’re busy – so we have worked hard to design this course to make efficient use of your time. Almost all of the recordings are less than 15 minutes long. You can get the information you need quickly, and then go straight to the assignment.

8 Workshops

Each week there is a hands-on workshop that focuses on a specific topic. You call in and listen to others share their assignments and get feedback, and get your own questions answered.

Workshop 4: Interviewing and evaluating candidates
Workshop 5: Choosing a good first project
