Outsourcing Toolkit Launches!
Today we’re officially launching our newest way to help people outsource work more effectively to freelancers and virtual assistants. It’s called the Help Without Hiring Toolkit.
We have created a set of 50 templates, checklists and worksheets to help you:
- Decide what to outsource,
- Find a qualified person to do the work,
- Get that person up to speed quickly, and
- Ensure that the project is completed successfully.
It includes a lot of content from our Outsourcing Fundamentals course plus instructions for 7 Easy Projects - these are projects that are easy to outsource to a virtual assistant - they make a great starting point when you have someone new working for you.

To promote the Toolkit we’re making one of the templates available for free each week. Whether you buy the toolkit or not, you can download and use that template for free. (So, yes, if you collect them over the course of a year you’ll get most of the Toolkit for free. But we’re betting that most people won’t want to wait a whole year to get everything.)
This week the free template is “Avoid 13 Common Mistakes” - it lists the mistakes most business owners make when they outsource.
