Doug Dolan from The Solopreneur’s Guide interviewed me a little while ago for his blog, which offers great tips for solo business owners.
Doug is a strong proponent of outsourcing - as am I, of course.
He asked a lot of interesting questions about outsourcing. We talked about why people outsource, what kinds of projects they outsource and what can go wrong.
