I’ve been getting a lot of questions from people who are asking what ProResource is. What are we trying to do?
We are providing products and services that make outsourcing easier for everyone.
As you can tell by the blog posts, we’re focused on the process.
Not on theory.
Not on strategy.
Solidly on tactics - tips, techniques, templates and tools.

Target Market: Business Owners

Our target market is anyone who runs a small business. That includes:
- Entrepreneurs,
- Consultants, and
- Freelancers.
Basically, anyone who has a successful small business and too much work to do.

How do we help?

We provide business owners with education and processes to make outsourcing easier and work more effectively.
That same education and process info is also useful to anyone who is providing services, which includes any level of freelancer, consultant and even entrepreneurs. It works on 3 fronts:
1. It gives a blueprint for starting a business. Anyone can take the steps outlined in “Getting Control Over Your Email Inbox,” for example, and use it to launch a business that provides email management as a service to others. (This is a great offering for virtual assistants, by the way.)
2. It helps run a business more efficiently and effectively. Anyone can take the techniques, templates and tools in the 8-week Outsourcing Fundamentals course and start using them in their business to improve communication with clients.
3. It helps educate clients faster and less expensively. That can be a real time-sink for freelancers - teaching clients what they need to know to work with you. Anyone can point clients or prospective clients to ProResource and let them get educated here, then simply teach them what they do differently from what we teach here. (As Sy Syms always said, “An educated consumer is our best customer.”®)
ProResource is like a standards group in that way - it gets everyone on the same page.
